The City of Wilsonville responded to my questions regarding the difference between the 2019 Town Center Plan (1,680 residential units) and the 2023 Urban Renewal Feasibility Study (4,179 residential units).

“Given what is known today, actual residential units in Town Center over the next 30- 40 years are expected to be something between the 1,680 TCP forecast and the 4,179 Feasibility Study figure.”
